HR Manager

Hybrid (4 Days Onsite, 1 Day Remote)

Our client, a leading provider of care and support services across Ireland, is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join their team during an exciting period of growth and development.

Supporting a workforce across a multi-site operation, this role will play a key part in strengthening and developing the HR function. The successful candidate will provide operational leadership across HR, driving consistency, improving processes and partnering with managers to deliver effective people solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the day-to-day HR function.
• Drive improvements in HR policies, processes and procedures.
• Provide guidance on complex employee relations matters.
• Ensure consistency, compliance and best practice across multiple locations.
• Support and develop the HR team.
• Partner with operational leaders to address people challenges and support organisational growth.
• Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
  
  

About You

• An experienced HR Manager or Senior HR Business Partner ready for a broad leadership role.
• Strong employee relations knowledge and case management experience.
• Proven track record of improving HR processes and driving best practice.
• Experience within healthcare, social care, disability services or another regulated environment is advantageous.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.
• Pragmatic, resilient and solutions focused.
