HR MANAGER – RIVER CRUISE SHIPPING

Riverman Nautical is looking for an experienced HR Manager with direct European river ship experience to support our growing fleet.

This is a remote position, with preference given to candidates based in Germany or the Benelux region.

The role will focus on the recruitment, planning and day-to-day HR support of nautical and technical crew across our managed river vessels.

Key responsibilities:

• Recruitment and retention of river ship crew

• Crew planning, rotations and employment administration

• Certification, training and compliance monitoring

• Supporting vessels with personnel and performance matters

• Further developing our HR and crewing processes

Candidate profile:

• Proven HR or crewing experience in European river shipping is essential

• Strong understanding of river crew employment and operational requirements

• Practical, organized and able to work independently

• Fluent English; German and/or Dutch is an advantage

• Based in Germany/Benelux preferred

• Willing to travel to vessels when required
