Partner with HR Business Partners on projects involving engagement, retention, learning, and communication. Run independently truly meaningful HR projects, cooperating with business partners from Sales, Brand Management, Finance, and Logistics. Develop yourself via leadership, feedback, on-the-job and formal trainings, coaching, and mentoring provided by your manager and colleagues You can expect: 3 months Traineeship in a multicultural, dynamic environment. Flexibility in working hours (minimum 30 hours/week) and location (hybrid working mode – up to 2 days work from home per week). Job Qualifications Apply if you are: A 3rd, 4th, or 5th-year university student, or a recent graduate from any field of study. Fluent in English and one of the following languages: Croatian, Czech, Hungarian, Polish, Slovak, Slovenian, or Ukrainian Skilled in leadership, communication, collaboration, problem-solving and analytics. Proficient in Microsoft Office / Office 365. Strategically oriented, yet able to take an operational approach when working within diverse organizations and teams. Initial relevant experience related (e.g., gained through student organizations, volunteer work, or internships) is a plus.
