About The Job
- Positions in this sub-family are responsible for ensuring employees are paid accurately and timely with correct withholding and deductions. Payroll Officer responsibilities include calculating employees’ compensation, updating our internal payroll databases and ensuring timely payments.
Your Main Activities Are
- Calculating overtime; shift payments; sales commissions and bonuses
- Accounting, distributing and preparing taxes and deductions
- Mantaining payroll records
- Preparing and distributing pay information to employees
- Answering questions from HR transversal professionals regarding payroll matters by also providing clear understanding on processes and applicable governance
- Ensure the good technical knowledge of the Payroll and Time Management tools
Profile And Skills To Success
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or in Economics, Finance and Accounting
- Ate least 1 year of relevant experience
- Knowledge in Human Resources - Contractual and administrative relations - Payroll
- Proficiency in Excel
- Fluent in English
- Attention to detail/rigor
- Organization ability and time management
- Ability to collaborate/teamwork
