HR People Partner

We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR People Partner to join our friendly and professional team at Sigma Software. Manage personnel evaluation and development processes Conduct face-to-face meetings and interviews Ensure smooth employee onboarding Contribute to employee motivation initiatives Support corporate culture development activities Assist in employment, position transfers/rotations/dismissals Participate in organizing corporate events Maintain and update the company’s staff database Assist in the development and implementation of personnel policies At least 3 years of Human Resources Management experience (preferably in the IT industry) HR interviewing experience Full cycle HR experience in adaptation, motivation, development, and retention Experience in creating and updating company policies Upper-Intermediate level of English WILL BE A PLUS Ability to learn quickly Experience working in a multitasking environment Self-driven approach Positive thinking and open-minded attitude PERSONAL PROFILE Strategic thinker with strong execution skills Highly self-driven and ownership-oriented Excellent communicator and collaborator Adaptable to fast-changing market conditions
