Job Overview
We are looking for a HR Recruiter to join our team on a 1-year contract basis.
The candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing suitable candidates, coordinating interviews, and ensuring timely closures for assigned positions.
Based on performance, business requirements, and company policy, candidates who successfully complete the 1-year contract may be considered for permanent employment with the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions.Source candidates through Naukri, Apna, JobHai, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen profiles and conduct initial HR discussions.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Negotiate and close candidates within the approved salary range.
Maintain candidate data and recruitment trackers.
Ensure candidates complete the required documentation and pre-joining formalities.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
Maintain regular recruitment reports and provide hiring updates.Achieve assigned daily/weekly/monthly recruitment targets.
Candidate Requirements
Qualification: Any Graduate / Postgraduate; HR specialization preferred.
Experience: 1–3 years of recruitment experience preferred.
Languages known: Kannada, Tamil and Hindi
Experience in healthcare, diagnostics, pharma, field sales, or volume hiring will be an added advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.S
trong follow-up and candidate-handling skills.
Ability to work independently in a work-from-home environment.
Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and basic recruitment tools.Should be comfortable working with recruitment targets and multiple open positions.
