We are currently looking for: HR Services Administrator (2nd Shift) Your Opportunity, Your Team HR Services Administrator (2nd Shift) is part of the front-line data processing and management team.  This includes entering, maintaining, processing, auditing, and reporting sensitive People and organizational data, as well as supporting tasks associated with large organizational changes. In addition, this role is responsible for maximizing the use of technology capabilities to reduce manual processes and serving as a resource for process-improvement tasks and special projects. Where You'll Work This role is hybrid and will require you to be on-site at our office on Wielicka 30 in Kraków 3 to 5 times per month. (On-site days are predetermined and standard across the company) What You'll Do Be responsible for analysing and processing transactions in the HR system and serve as the primary recipient of organisation-wide workforce administration processes. Acts as a point of contact for employee lifecycle processes mainly for US employee but also for those in UK, Italy, Germany and Japan Provide quality support with customer satisfaction , expertise, and timeliness consistent with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) Coordinate cases with other team members to ensure requests are completed within the required service level agreement Track cases for documentation and work allocation purposes using the case management system Conduct audits of HR system data and analyze audit data to identify issues What You'll Bring Fluent English language skills (at least C1) Experience in tracking cases for documentation and work allocation purposes A proactive approach to change and continuous improvement within the team Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify issues, interpret data, and provide insights. Excellent communication skills and the ability to operate in an international, matrix organisation, with a customer-oriented mindset.
