For our Zola Predosa site, we are looking for a HR Services Trainee for a curricular or extracurricular internship. In the role of HR Services Trainee , you will be responsible for provide support in the Services Team. Responsabilities Support the HRS team in activities regarding the employee professional life cycle (Time&Attendance, Expenses Reports, Welfare & Benefits); Support in developing timely and accurate monthly labour cost reports Work on dedicated projects such as the digitalization of the HRS database; Support the employees with the explanation of company’s policies and updating of it; Support the employees in all the activities linked to the HRS (Time&Attendance, Expenses Reports etc.); Requirements Academic background in Law, Human Resources, Economics is strong recommended, but we will take in consideration other matchign fields; Knowledge of Office package (specifically, excel). Fluency in English. Soft Skills Analytical mind, comfortable with numbers; Strong attention to details; Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality.
