HR Specialist / Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist

Role Description This is a full-time remote role for an HR Specialist / Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist at ASIFF. The individual in this role will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including defining role requirements with hiring stakeholders, sourcing candidates, screening applications, and coordinating interviews. Responsibilities include conducting structured interviews, facilitating hiring decisions, and ensuring a fair, inclusive, and consistent candidate experience. The specialist will maintain candidate pipelines, manage job postings, and support onboarding activities in collaboration with team members. Additional tasks may involve refining recruitment policies, tracking HR and hiring metrics, and contributing to employer branding initiatives within the academic and scientific community.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, Recruiting, and Hiring, including experience managing end-to-end talent acquisition processes.
• Strong Communication and Interviewing skills, with the ability to conduct structured, unbiased interviews and interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience with remote recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems, and comfort working in a distributed, international environment.
• Knowledge of HR best practices, inclusive hiring principles, and applicable employment regulations in relevant jurisdictions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Interest in or familiarity with the academic sector, sustainable agriculture, or insects as food and feed is an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple requisitions and deadlines simultaneously.
