HR Systems & Analytics Specialist

We are looking for an HR Systems & Analytics Specialist to help transform how we leverage technology and data across the employee lifecycle. In this role, you will manage and optimize HR systems, develop people analytics capabilities, and provide data-driven insights that support strategic business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize HR systems (HRIS, Payroll, ATS, LMS), ensuring effective configuration, adoption, and continuous improvement.
• Design and maintain HR dashboards, KPIs, and reports to provide actionable insights across the employee lifecycle (headcount, turnover, absenteeism, time-to-hire, labor costs, productivity, and more).
• Analyze HR data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, supporting strategic decision-making through People Analytics.
• Ensure data integrity, governance, and a reliable single source of truth across all HR platforms.
• Automate HR reporting, data consolidation, and recurring workflows using BI and automation tools.
• Partner with IT and external vendors to implement, enhance, and support HR technology solutions while researching new trends and technologies to strengthen HR analytics capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in HR Systems, HRIS administration, People Analytics, Business Intelligence, or HR data management.
• Proven experience building dashboards, KPIs, and analytical reports.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel, Power BI, SQL, Python, DAX, Power Automate, and HR platforms.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English (B2+ or C1) is required.
