HR Technical Data Reporting Team Lead

Responsibilities:

• Lead the HR Data and Reporting Unit under the HR Technical Section of the HR Service Center.
• Plan and delegate tasks and deliverables of the HR Data and Reporting Unit.
• Handle training and skills development of the HR Technical Data Reporting Analyst/s.
• Monitor team performance, productivity, and compliance with established SLAs, KPIs, and quality standards.
• Translate business requirements into meaningful reporting solutions that support operational, compliance, talent, and strategic workforce decisions.
• Analyze workforce trends, patterns, and key HR metrics to identify risks, opportunities, and actionable insights for leadership.
• Prepare executive-level reporting materials and data visualizations that facilitate informed decision-making.
• Partner with People & Culture stakeholders, Digital/IT teams, regional and country office teams, Centers of Excellence, and external vendors to identify reporting needs and deliver data-driven solutions.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on HR reporting, workforce analytics, data interpretation, and reporting best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Engineering, Mathematics or a related field.
• At least 5 years of solid experience in HR data reporting and analytics, preferably with experience working in a supervisory capacity.
• Experience developing and delivering HR reports, dashboards, scorecards, and workforce analytics to support operational and strategic decision-making.
• Experience analyzing HR data and workforce trends to generate actionable insights and recommendations.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with reporting and business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, IBM Cognos, Oracle Analytics, SQL, or similar platforms.
• Experience supporting data governance, reporting standards, data quality management, and compliance activities.
• Experience with Orace HCM and/or UKG Pro is strongly preferred.
• Experience in leading and managing data analytics projects is an advantage.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be willing to work on a mid-shift schedule (3PM to 12AM)
• Must have good internet connectivity at home to accommodate current work from home set-up and must also be willing to work on-site in Ortigas Center
