About the Role The HRBP serves as the strategic HR partner to business leaders, translating business strategy into workforce, talent, organization, and leadership actions. The role combines strategic business partnering with hands-on execution, leadership of HR initiatives and French labor requirements. Strategic Business Partnering Partner with senior leaders to translate business strategy into organizational and talent priorities. Act as a trusted advisor, coach, and consultant to business leaders. Build credibility and influence business decisions through workforce insights. Organization & Change Leadership Lead organizational effectiveness and change initiatives. Support organization design, workforce planning, communications, and process improvements. Drive implementation of business and HR transformation efforts. Talent Management Lead talent reviews, succession planning, and retention strategies. Coach leaders on performance management and talent development. Identify capability gaps and development priorities. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning Partner with leaders on hiring strategy and workforce planning. Support recruiting, internal mobility, and succession pipelines. Work with Talent Acquisition on market mapping and critical talent needs. HR Operations & Analytics Ensure HR data integrity and reporting accuracy. Leverage workforce analytics to support decision-making. Monitor key talent and workforce metrics. Transformation Opportunity Help France operate within a more documented, scalable and digitally enabled HR support model while preserving labor relations and works council expertise. Where You'll Make a Difference Partner with business and site leaders on workforce priorities, organization design and leadership effectiveness. Provide guidance on employee relations, disciplinary matters, grievances and terminations. Lead or support works council engagement, consultation processes and employee representative interactions. Partner with Legal, Payroll, Total Rewards, HR Operations and Shared Services. Minimum Qualifications 7+ years of demonstrated HRBP experience in France. Proven French employee relations and labor relations experience. Strong working knowledge of French employment law and works council processes. Fluency in French and strong business English. Preferred Experience Manufacturing, food ingredients, specialty chemicals, life sciences or industrial experience.
