Your Role
As a HRIS Analyst, you will:
Oversee day-to-day operations and configurations of the Workday HRIS platform to meet organizational needs.
Manage the setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of system integrations between Workday and external vendor platforms (e.g., payroll, benefits, recruiting).
Conduct regular data audits of employee records to ensure accuracy, policy compliance, and data security.
Build, generate, and analyze standard and custom HR reports to provide data-driven insights for leadership decision-making.
Configure HRIS modules, business processes, workflows, and security role settings to optimize user experience.
Provide technical support and system training to HR team members and internal system users.
Identify process bottlenecks and implement system enhancements, including the automation of routine HR tasks.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, integration mappings, and change logs.
What You Need
Non-negotiables
HRIS Platform Experience: 1–3 years of experience maintaining and configuring an HRIS platform, with a strong preference for Workday.
Integration & Vendor Coordination: Proven ability to manage data mapping and troubleshoot software integrations across different HR systems.
Analytical Reporting & Data Audit: Solid data skills, including comfort using Excel (functions and data manipulation) to audit data and build reporting packages.
Strict Confidentiality: Demonstrated ability to manage sensitive personal and organizational data with absolute discretion.
Educational Foundation: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
Preferred Skills/expertise
Prior experience specifically handling Workday Business Process (BP) configurations and security group assignments.
Background in data privacy regulations and compliance frameworks related to employee records management.
Strong problem-solving mindset with a history of driving HR process automation.
High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple configuration projects simultaneously.
