HRIS Consultant - Workday Prism

We are looking for an experienced HRIS Consultant - Workday Prism to join a global HRIS team supporting People Analytics, reporting, and business-as-usual activities within a Workday environment.

The selected candidate will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing existing HR reporting solutions, supporting analytics initiatives, and ensuring the smooth operation of HRIS services across an international organization.

You will collaborate with global teams across different regions and time zones, contributing to reporting, incident resolution, user support, and continuous system improvements.

Key Responsibilities

* Support Workday Prism administration, maintenance, and ongoing enhancements.

* Deliver small system enhancements and feature requests.

* Manage BAU incidents, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.

* Support People Analytics initiatives and HR data-related activities.

* Develop, analyze, and maintain reports.

* Provide user support and ensure effective resolution of operational issues.

* Work closely with the global HRIS team to support existing Workday solutions.

* Perform minor configuration changes and system improvements.

Requirements

* Around 3 years of experience working in HRIS or Workday environments.

* Strong Workday Prism knowledge (minimum 1 year or involvement in multiple projects).

* Experience developing and maintaining reports.

* Advanced Excel skills.

* Experience supporting production/live Workday environments.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

* Ability to work independently in a remote and international environment.

* Fluent English (mandatory).

Nice to Have

* General Workday HCM knowledge.

* Experience with SnapLogic.

* Exposure to HR reporting and People Analytics initiatives.

Conditions

* Location: Europe (Spain preferred).

* Work mode: 100% remote.

* Contract: Freelance.

* Duration: 6 months.

* Start date: ASAP (before the end of August).

* Selection process: 1 interview (45 minutes).

Please note that fluent English is mandatory for this position.

Candidates without previous hands-on Workday Prism experience will not be considered.
