This role will involve reviewing background screenings for contractors, corresponding timely with suppliers, engagement teams and internal stakeholder groups. Attention to detail, high quality and previous experience reviewing background screenings is required. The HR Shared Services Center (HRSSC) Compliance Specialist is a member of the HRSSC Operational Compliance team and is responsible for the providing support to the Compliance Senior Associate in executing compliance management protocols across relevant functions such as National Debt and Departures, Flexible Work, Arrangements (FWA), and Employment Verification (escalation of issue unable to be handled by TALX, and Learning Management System (LMS) administration). Strategic & Technical Orientation / Job Content: Leverages operational compliance knowledge in the successful execution of HRSSC compliance protocols and administration of benefit programs housed in the HRSSC. Range of Impact: Responsible for working with Compliance Senior Associate in the execution of HRSSC Compliance Management protocols. Able to evaluate circumstances and, based on scope of issue and working knowledge of compliance protocols and requirements, make independent recommendations regarding course of action to resolve issues within area of expertise. Consults with Compliance Senior Associate to address issues of a more difficult nature or which require greater expertise or judgment. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
