Job Description Position: D365 CE Senior Functional Consultant Company: HSO India Pvt. Ltd. Location: Remote / Work From Home (India) Experience: 7–10 Years Employment Type: Full-Time Work Mode: Remote / Work From Home Working Hours: Day Shift / General Shift (Timings to be finalized) About the Role HSO India is looking for an experienced D365 CE Senior Functional Consultant to join our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement practice. The ideal candidate should possess strong functional expertise in the Sales module along with hands-on experience in any two additional D365 CE modules . The consultant will work closely with global customers to understand business requirements, design solutions, and deliver successful Dynamics 365 CE implementations. Key Responsibilities Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders. Lead functional workshops, requirement discovery sessions, and solution design discussions. Configure and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions based on business needs. Demonstrate strong expertise in the Sales module and at least two additional CE modules . Prepare functional design documents, process flows, user stories, and solution documentation. Collaborate with technical consultants, developers, architects, and project managers to deliver high-quality solutions. Support data migration, testing activities, user acceptance testing (UAT), and production deployments. Conduct end-user training and create user documentation. Provide post-go-live support and recommend process improvements. Follow Microsoft implementation best practices and HSO delivery methodologies. Required Skills & Experience 7–10 years of overall IT experience with significant experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement. Mandatory expertise in the D365 CE Sales module. Hands-on experience in any two of the following modules: Customer Service Field Service Marketing (Customer Insights – Journeys) Project Operations Experience in end-to-end D365 CE implementation projects. Strong business analysis, requirement gathering, and solution design capabilities. Experience in configuring Dynamics 365 CE without extensive custom development. Understanding of Dataverse, Power Platform, business process flows, security roles, and integrations is preferred. Ability to work independently in a remote and global delivery environment. Strong stakeholder management and client-facing consulting experience. Preferred Qualifications Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Functional certifications are preferred. Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments. Exposure to Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) is an added advantage. Soft Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong presentation and client interaction skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
