Build strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities for growth. Understand customer needs and oversee service delivery aligned with business objectives. Manage escalations effectively, ensuring quick resolution. Own SLAs and budgets, driving efficiency and cost optimization. Strong communicator with the ability to identify customer needs and drive service improvements. You have... Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business, IT, or related field. Minimum 6 years of experience within a Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem. In-depth knowledge of Microsoft cloud solutions, including Azure and Dynamics 365. Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365, ISV solutions, release waves, and One Version updates. Familiarity with Lean, Agile/Scrum, DevOps, and project management principles. Senior-level experience managing customer satisfaction, service quality, and escalations, plus ability to identify and support sales opportunities. Why should you choose HSO International?
