HubSpot Integrations Architect

Steadman Hub are working alongside a leading HubSpot Partner, recognised for delivering complex HubSpot, RevOps and digital transformation projects for clients across a wide range of industries. As they continue to grow, they're looking to hire an experienced Technical HubSpot Architect to lead the design and delivery of sophisticated, enterprise HubSpot solutions.

As a Technical HubSpot Architect, you'll take ownership of solution architecture across complex HubSpot implementations, ensuring the platform integrates with wider business systems. This is a highly technical role, suited to someone who understands HubSpot, but also how client tech stacks interact. You'll work closely with client teams, developers and HubSpot consultants to design, secure and high-performing solutions that solve real business challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end HubSpot solutions, ensuring system performance and alignment with client business objectives.
• Architect and oversee complex integrations between HubSpot and external platforms using APIs, middleware and cloud technologies, including AWS-based services where appropriate.
• Produce and interpret technical documentation including ERDs, solution diagrams, data models and integration specifications while ensuring data governance, security and best practice.
• Act as the technical lead across projects, collaborating with consultants, developers and stakeholders to guide implementation, troubleshoot complex issues and maintain architectural standards.

Skills & Experience

• Extensive experience architecting and delivering complex HubSpot solutions, ideally within a consultancy, partner environment.
• Strong technical integration expertise, including REST APIs, webhooks, authentication methods, AWS services, and a strong understanding of how distributed systems communicate.
• Solid understanding of data architecture, entity relationship diagrams (ERDs), version control, software development principles, security best practices and systems design.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into practical business solutions and confidently engage with both technical and non-technical teams.
