Project Manager
with hands-on HubSpot experience
to support a growing client-facing operation. Responsibilities:
Manage project timelines, deliverables, and client communications.
Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining organization and follow-through.
Work directly within HubSpot to support project execution, workflows, tracking, and client needs.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure projects stay on schedule.
Proactively identify risks, delays, or gaps and communicate updates clearly.
Support evolving client initiatives, including potential work related to AEO, Answer Engine Optimization.
Qualifications:
Hands-on HubSpot experience is mandatory; candidates must have worked directly inside HubSpot, not only with general CRM systems.
5 to 7 years of experience working on HubSpot projects.
Project management experience coordinating clients, timelines, and deliverables.
Advanced English level required, as this is a client-facing role.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage several projects at once.
Proactive, reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable with a variable workload.
Nice To Have:
Familiarity with Answer Engine Optimization (AEO).
HubSpot certifications.
Experience supporting marketing, sales, or operational projects within an agency or consulting environment.
