Hubspot Specialist

We are looking for an experienced HubSpot Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HubSpot CRM administration, sales operations, marketing automation, and reporting. This role is responsible for optimizing HubSpot processes, managing CRM data, building automations, supporting Sales and Marketing teams, and ensuring the platform is used effectively across the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize the HubSpot CRM, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Create and maintain contacts, companies, deals, pipelines, and custom properties.
• Build and optimize workflows, automations, email sequences, and lead nurturing campaigns.
• Develop dashboards and reports to monitor sales, marketing, and customer success performance.
• Support the Sales and Marketing teams by improving CRM processes and automation.
• Import, export, clean, and segment customer data.
• Configure forms, landing pages, meeting links, and marketing assets within HubSpot.
• Monitor lead lifecycle stages and ensure accurate pipeline management.
• Identify opportunities to improve CRM efficiency and user adoption.
• Troubleshoot HubSpot issues and provide user training and support.
• Integrate HubSpot with third-party tools using Zapier, Make, or native integrations.
• Document CRM processes and best practices.

Qualifications:

· 2+ years of experience working with HubSpot CRM.

· Strong knowledge of HubSpot workflows, automation, pipelines, and reporting.

· Experience with CRM data management and database maintenance.

· Advanced English communication skills (written and verbal).

· Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

· Experience working with U.S.-based companies.

· Experience with Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis.
