About The Role
We are seeking motivated and proactive individuals to join our HR team at our Feldkirchen location as part of a multi-month internship or working student position. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain comprehensive insights into various HR functions within an international corporate environment. You will be actively involved in supporting our HR processes, including recruiting, employee management, HR projects, and legal compliance. Your responsibilities will include assisting with onboarding and offboarding processes, preparing employment contracts and references, coordinating interviews, and managing candidate correspondence. Additionally, you will participate in HR marketing initiatives and contribute to the development of our talent management strategies. This position is ideal for students or early-career professionals eager to develop their skills in human resources, working closely with experienced HR professionals and gaining practical experience in a fast-paced, innovative setting.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate is currently enrolled in a university program related to Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a comparable field. You should possess strong proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. A quick learner with a high degree of accuracy, reliability, and independence is essential. We value enthusiasm for HR topics, flexibility, and proactive engagement. Excellent communication skills in German and good command of English are required to effectively collaborate within our international team. Prior experience in HR or related internships is advantageous but not mandatory. A genuine interest in developing a career in human resources and a team-oriented mindset are important qualities for success in this role.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the management of employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, transfers, and the preparation of employment documents such as contracts and references.
- Coordinate and support the recruitment process by scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, and maintaining applicant records.
- Participate in HR marketing activities to promote the employer brand and attract potential candidates.
- Contribute to various HR projects, supporting initiatives in talent development, employee engagement, and organizational development.
- Provide support in HR administration, ensuring compliance with legal and company policies.
