, you'll help create an exceptional candidate and employee experience by supporting hiring, onboarding, and HR operations. Responsibilities
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Prepare and manage offer letters, including internal approvals, extensions, and acceptances.
Coordinate background checks, MVRs, and DOT screenings.
Monitor and respond to shared inboxes in a timely and professional manner.
Book travel arrangements for candidates and recruiting team members as needed.
Manage and audit employee and candidate profiles in HRIS and ATS systems.
Perform onboarding audits and ensure compliance with Oracle onboarding tasks.
Track and report on department metrics, including hiring data, referrals, and conversion status.
Collaborate with Office Managers to ensure onboarding tasks are completed in a timely and accurate manner.
Process invoices and other administrative documentation.
Support special projects and perform various administrative tasks to support the HR Department.
Other duties assigned by management.
Qualifications
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
2-3 years of HR, recruiting, or administrative experience.
Experience with HRIS and ATS platforms (Oracle and iCIMS preferred).
Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
