Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to oversee the daily operations of our People function for a 12-month period. Working closely with senior leadership, you will manage a dedicated team, support managers across the business, and champion key workplace initiatives. This is an operational and advisory role with strong potential for long-term career progression as the company continues to scale.

Responsibilities

- Team Management: Direct, coach, and support the internal HR team while managing daily priorities and service delivery.

- Advisory & Employee Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for line managers, offering guidance on performance, employee relations, and policy compliance.

- HR Operations: Oversee the core employee lifecycle, maintaining accurate data across internal systems and ensuring compliance with employment law.

- Strategic Projects: Support the implementation of core initiatives, including leadership development, performance frameworks, engagement programs, and HR tech integrations.

- Process Improvement: Continuously review and refine internal HR workflows to streamline operations and enhance the overall employee journey.

Requirements

- Experience: Proven background leading a People or HR function within a fast-growing technology company.

- HR Expertise: Comprehensive knowledge of employment legislation, operational HR, and full lifecycle employee management.

- Leadership Skills: Track record of managing line reports and coaching business leaders on complex HR matters.

- Mindset: Proactive, organized, and commercially focused with strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
