Role Description The Human Resources Consultant at Insight Genesis – IGAi is a full-time, remote role focused on advising internal teams and clients on HR best practices across recruitment, talent management, and employee engagement. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and reviewing HR policies, ensuring alignment with labor and employment regulations, and supporting data-driven HR strategies that leverage the company’s AI capabilities. The Consultant will analyze HR processes, recommend improvements, and help design frameworks for fair, inclusive, and compliant workforce practices. This role also collaborates with cross-functional teams to integrate HR insights into the broader platform and supports training, documentation, and stakeholder communication.

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management for designing and implementing effective HR programs.
• Candidates should possess solid knowledge of HR Policies to develop, update, and interpret organizational guidelines and procedures.
• Candidates should possess experience in Employee Relations to foster a positive, inclusive, and compliant work environment.
• Candidates should possess understanding of Labor and Employment Law to ensure regulatory compliance across jurisdictions.
• Experience consulting on HR strategy, workforce planning, and talent management, ideally in tech or AI-driven environments.
• Ability to analyze data, interpret insights, and translate findings into practical HR recommendations.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills in a remote, distributed setting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field; advanced certification (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) is an advantage.
• Demonstrated commitment to ethical, non-discriminatory, and inclusive HR practices.
