Human Resources Coordinator

We are seeking a HR Coordinator to support our HR team nationally. Reporting to a Senior HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in delivering employee lifecycle administration and coordination activities across Silverchain. As a HR Coordinator, you will work closely with HR, Operations, Payroll, Talent Acquisition and other stakeholders to ensure a positive employee experience while maintaining accurate and compliant HR records and processes. This is a hands-on role that sits at the heart of the HR function and provides exposure to a broad range of Human Resources activities, making it an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or grow their HR career. What we're looking for Currently studying, or recently completed, a Certificate IV, Diploma or tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related discipline. Previous administration experience in Human Resources, recruitment or a similar environment would be highly regarded. Genuine interest in developing a career in Human Resources. Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail. Confidence working with systems, data and Microsoft Office applications. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to build positive working relationships with a range of stakeholders. Ability to manage competing priorities and work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proactive, reliable and willing to take ownership of tasks through to completion. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion. The role As a HR Coordinator, you will: Support employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, employment changes and offboarding. Prepare and maintain employee documentation and records, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Coordinate HR administration across a range of people processes. Assist with HR reporting, systems administration and data management activities. Respond to general HR enquiries and provide administrative support to employees and leaders. Work collaboratively with HR, Payroll, Talent Acquisition and operational stakeholders. Contribute to HR projects and process improvement initiatives.
