Under general supervision, responsible for assisting with organizing, coordinating and executing human resource department projects and processes. Supports HR by triaging and providing information and advice for HR related policies and procedure, and thoroughly documenting casework. Provides the Intake for employee relations matters to ensure effective achievement of legally compliant resolutions in a timely manner and within institutional guidelines. Updates and maintains HR related policies and procedures, to include providing guidance and responding to general inquiries. Coordinates and responds to unemployment claims by investigating and collecting information to determine appropriate steps. Performs all other duties as assigned.
