Our client is a global leader innovative technology solutions operating in multiple sectors with a values-driven culture. They are seeking to hire a Director of People Operations to be based from the Dubin operation servicing a global head count. This is a new position for the organisation due to growth and restructuring.

About Your New Job

As the Director, People Operations, you will:

• Lead and optimise global People Operations—including HRIS, data governance, payroll, compliance, service delivery, and process optimisation—to ensure scalability and reliability.
• Strategically guide the design and governance of global rewards, compensation, and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and business alignment.
• Partner with Finance, Legal, and regional People teams to ensure seamless, compliant, and data-driven processes across all locations.
• Drive ongoing improvements in systems, process standardisation, vendor management, workforce analytics, and policy documentation.
• Act as a trusted advisor for executive stakeholders on reward strategy, pay equity, and compensation benchmarking.

What Skills You Need

• 10+ years’ experience leading People Operations, Rewards, Compensation, or Benefits, with a proven global scope.
• Expertise in payroll governance, people data and analytics, and HRIS (implementation experience a plus).
• Ability to lead and influence senior cross-functional stakeholders in fast-paced environments.
• Proficiency in total rewards strategy, benchmarking, analytics, and financial modelling.
• Advanced Excel and strong project management/process design skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; experience managing distributed teams.
