Human Resources Generalist

We're looking for a Human Resources Generalist to join our Corporate HR team. In this role, you'll be a key partner in ensuring compliance, supporting employees, and helping create a positive workplace experience across our growing organization. What You'll Do Manage workers' compensation programs and claims administration. Administer FMLA, disability, leave-of-absence, and accommodation programs. Coordinate unemployment claims and represent the company in hearings when needed. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations. Manage HR compliance reporting, including EEO-1 and required workplace postings. Support employee wellness and workplace safety initiatives. Analyze HR data and recommend process improvements. What You Bring Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 3+ years of Human Resources experience. Strong knowledge of employment law, leave administration, and HR compliance. Excellent communication, organization, and analytical skills. Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion. Willingness to travel occasionally to company locations. Why Care Advantage?
