Human Resources Information System Analyst

CONTRACT: HRIS Business Analyst – Cloud implementation and Hypercare support

Work on a project for the implementation of cloud data conversion: Human Capital Management (Oracle Cloud HCM) and Workforce Management (UKG Time and Attendance). Provide support to customers through training sessions, Go-live cutover activities, and Payroll cycles

LOCATION: Mostly Remote work, with occasional on-site travel to satellite offices in Western Canada ( 1 week/month on-site training during rollouts )

DURATION: 1 year ( with probable extension )

START DATE: September 20026

REQUIRED:

• 5+ years of industry experience as an HRIS Business Analyst
• Must have experience with the implementation of HRIS cloud solution ( preferably Oracle HCM or another similar)
• Strong knowledge of UKG Workforce Management (Time and Attendance)
• A degree in Human Resources or another applicable field
• Experience in providing support to end-users during HR system launches/go-lives, serving as the first point of contact
• Ability to travel and facilitate/deliver in-person workshops
