Require some travel to Alabama - Expenses paid. (few trips per year. )

About Role-

We are seeking an experienced HCM Consultant to support large-scale Human Capital Management initiatives within an enterprise environment. The consultant will work closely with HR stakeholders and technical teams to translate business requirements into effective HCM solutions and support initiatives from requirements through implementation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in HCM, HR technology, HR transformation, or a related environment.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and the employee lifecycle.
• Experience supporting enterprise-scale HCM implementations or transformation initiatives.
• Hands-on experience with requirements gathering, process documentation, testing, and implementation activities.
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into technology and system requirements.
• Excellent communication, documentation, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills.
