Role Overview:

We are seeking passionate and motivated Human Resources Interns to join our dynamic team. As an HR intern, you will gain hands-on experience supporting key HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement in a global, remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with talent sourcing and screening processes.

• Support the coordination of interviews and candidate communications.

• Contribute to HR data management, documentation, and process improvement.

• Participate in HR and People Operations meetings, taking notes and tracking action items.

• Collaborate with the global HR team to enhance employee experience and engagement.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Strong written and spoken English communication skills are REQUIRED.

• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.

• Comfortable working in a remote, multicultural environment.

• Willingness to learn, take initiative, and adapt in a fast-paced setting.
