We serve clients primarily in the Hospitality and Finance sectors across the USA, Dubai, Germany, Canada, and India.

This is a remote, unpaid 6-month internship position.

Role Overview

As a Human Resources Intern, you will gain hands-on exposure to core HR functions. This role is designed to help you learn and contribute to essential HR activities while working closely with the team in a professional remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

During the internship, you will learn and work on the following areas:

• End-to-end recruitment process
• Induction and orientation programs for new hires
• Planning and executing employee engagement activities
• Resourcing and talent management support
• Learning and development–related tasks

Desired Skills & Qualifications

• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup
• Basic knowledge or interest in Human Resources
• Willingness to learn and take initiative
