Human Resources Manager

Human Resources Manager | Lower Saxony Area | Up to 50% Remote Working

For a Global Organization, we are looking for their Human Resources Manager to ensure the sustainable development of Global HR functions and become a key strategic HR function at the site of 700 Ftes.

We would like to meet an experienced professional, good with the HR numbers (labour cost, HR budget, etc.) and in this role you will act as a a leader to the local and international management team, combining strategic HR expertise with a sound understanding of operational matters, and will play an active role in further developing the Company's HR structures within both a national and international context.

Your responsibilities:

• You advise managers and staff on all matters relating to human resources and employment law, and you act as a business partner.
• You are responsible for recruitment activities and oversee the onboarding process.
• You work closely with the works council, the local leaders and other stakeholders.
• You take overall responsibility for the employee lifecycle
• You ensure the smooth implementation of HR processes in compliance with labour law, collective bargaining agreements and existing works agreements.
• You will be responsible for managing HR processes

What We Are Looking For:

• You have successfully completed a bachelor’s degree, for example in human resources management, business psychology, business administration or a comparable subject.
• You have several years’ professional experience in a similar role within the industrial sector.
• You have a very good knowledge of employment law and collective bargaining law.
• You are used to working independently and taking responsibility for your own work.
• You have a very good command of spoken and written English, strong communication and advisory skills, strategic foresight and a team-oriented approach to work.
• In addition, you have a good working knowledge of IT (MS Office, SAP).
