HR Project Manager (Remote)

We are looking for an experienced HR Project Manager to lead large-scale Human Resources projects and drive business transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR projects from planning through implementation.
• Create and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with HR, IT, Payroll, Finance, Legal, and business teams.
• Manage project risks, issues, and stakeholder communication.
• Support HRIS implementations, payroll, benefits, and process improvement initiatives.
• Prepare project status reports and executive updates.
• Use Smartsheet and Planview to manage projects and track progress.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of Project Management experience.
• 5+ years managing HR, HRIS, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, or HR Transformation projects.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management and change management.
• Hands-on experience with Smartsheet and Planview.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Education

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Master's degree preferred.

Preferred Background

Experience with HR Transformation, HRIS implementations, Payroll, Benefits, Employee Experience, Organizational Change, and Process Improvement is highly preferred.

Duration: 12+ Months
