Human Resources Team Lead

Our leading IT provider partner company is looking for a French-speaking HR Team Coordinator in Budapest with hybrid working set up.

Main responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate the French-speaking HR administration team
• Monitor KPIs and provide guidance for team members
• Act as the key contact person with internal and external stakeholders in French language
• Oversee day-to-day HR operations
• Support system implementation and process improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• Fluency in French and English
• 2-4 years' experience in HR position in multinational/SSC environment
• Proven experience in people management, team coordination
• People-focused mindset, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
