Within our Water Division, more than 80 professionals at five locations support our clients in all aspects of water supply, wastewater treatment, waterways, stormwater management and flood protection. We provide comprehensive services throughout the entire project lifecycle – from the initial concept through to commissioning and operation. We are looking for a HVAC Designer to strengthen our Hydraulic Engineering Team in Erfurt. Your key responsibilities are: Designing and developing HVAC systems for industrial and building projects. Performing system calculations, sizing and selecting appropriate technical solutions and equipment. Preparing technical documentation, system schematics and installation drawings in cooperation with our CAD team. Participating in projects throughout their entire lifecycle, from concept and detailed design to commissioning and handover. Supporting procurement and tendering activities, as well as supervising the implementation of HVAC solutions during construction. Ensuring compliance with technical requirements, project schedules and quality standards. Collaborating closely with project managers, designers and specialists from other disciplines, including electrical, mechanical and process engineering. Conducting quality assurance activities and contributing to the continuous improvement of engineering solutions. Providing technical support to clients, contractors and project teams during project execution. We expect that you have: A degree in Building Services Engineering, Energy Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Supply Engineering, or a related field. Professional experience in HVAC or building services design. Very good English language skills Good knowledge of CAD software (e.g. AutoCAD). Strong technical understanding and the ability to develop practical engineering solutions. A proactive and collaborative approach, with strong communication and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. We appreciate if you have: Experience working in accordance with HOAI project phases. Experience with industrial or complex building services projects. Very good German language skills (approximately C1 level), both written and spoken. Knowledge of MagiCAD. Experience with tendering processes, construction supervision, or commissioning activities. Experience working in multidisciplinary and international project environments.
