Vous pilotez l’identification, la structuration et la négociation d’opportunités HVDC majeures, et assurez la gestion opérationnelle d’une équipe projet dédiée composée de responsables d’appels d’offres, d’ingénieurs, de juristes, de fiscalistes, de spécialistes du financement et de l’activité services. En étroite collaboration avec les équipes de gestion de comptes, de ventes amont et les représentants pays de Hitachi Energy, vous positionnez l’entreprise pour de futures opportunités commerciales tout en identifiant des partenaires de consortium et des sous‑traitants ou fournisseurs locaux. Identifier et développer de nouvelles opportunités de marché pour les projets alloués en Europe centrale et du sud, avec un fort accent sur le marché français. Établir et maintenir des relations clients efficaces afin de comprendre leurs besoins, promouvoir l’ensemble de l’offre de Hitachi Energy et aligner les équipes internes pour fournir des solutions compétitives et performantes. Définir les stratégies commerciales et plans de capture avec l’équipe dédiée, en utilisant les outils de l’entreprise, en assurant des revues d’avancement régulières et en garantissant leur mise en œuvre. Piloter les équipes de capture dès les phases amont jusqu’à la préparation des offres, en coordination avec le service appels d’offres, afin de garantir la livraison de solutions optimisées en termes de coûts et axées sur la création de valeur, dans les délais impartis. Diriger des consortiums internes regroupant différentes entités de Hitachi Energy et/ou constituer des consortiums externes avec des partenaires. Conduire les négociations dans l’objectif de conclure les contrats dans les meilleures conditions possibles, en créant de la valeur ajoutée pour le client et pour Hitachi Energy. Garantir le succès des transactions, contrats et propositions en s’appuyant sur des techniques de vente efficaces et sur votre expérience. Favoriser le partage des connaissances et la collaboration transversale au sein de Hitachi Energy afin de tirer pleinement parti de la force d’un leader mondial du secteur. Votre profil Expérience de travail dans des environnements multiculturels, avec une sensibilité aux différences culturelles. Diplôme de niveau Bachelor ou Master en génie électrique ou en gestion / administration des affaires avec une formation technique. Expérience des contrats EP ou EPC, avec une forte expertise commerciale dans la vente de grands projets d’infrastructures ; plus de 10 ans d’expérience est un atout. Réseau existant solide et excellente connaissance du secteur de l’électricité exigés ; une expérience ou un réseau institutionnel constitue un avantage. Excellente maîtrise de l’anglais à l’écrit et à l’oral indispensable ; le français et d’autres langues constituent un plus. English version: The opportunity You are responsible for the sales of some of the largest and most technologically advanced solutions within Hitachi Energy, namely High Voltage Direct Current (HVDC) systems, across the Central and Southern European markets. You lead the capture and negotiation of major HVDC opportunities and have operational responsibility for an allocated project team comprising tender managers, engineers, lawyers, tax advisors, financing specialists, and service experts. In close collaboration with Hitachi Energy’s account management, front‑end sales teams, and country representatives, you position the company for future business opportunities while identifying consortium partners and local contractors or suppliers. How you’ll make an impact Live Hitachi Energy’s core values of safety and integrity by taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business. Identify and drive business development for new market opportunities for allocated projects in Central and Southern Europe, with a strong focus on the French market. Establish and maintain effective customer relationships to understand customer needs, promote awareness of Hitachi Energy’s full offering, and align the internal organization to deliver effective and competitive solutions. Develop sales strategies and capture plans with the assigned capture team using company tools, including conducting regular status reviews and ensuring execution. Lead capture teams from the early pursuit stage through offer preparation, in coordination with the bid and proposal department, ensuring cost‑optimized and value‑focused solutions are delivered on time. Lead consortia of internal Hitachi Energy entities participating in opportunities and/or establish external consortia with external partners. Drive negotiations to close deals under the best possible conditions, creating added value for both the customer and Hitachi Energy. Ensure successful outcomes for transactions, contracts, and proposals through effective sales techniques and personal experience. Promote knowledge sharing and cross‑collaboration internally within Hitachi Energy to fully leverage the strength of a global industry leader. Your background Experience working across different cultures, with strong sensitivity to cultural behaviors. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Business Administration with a technical background. Experience with EP or EPC contracts, with strong commercial expertise in selling large infrastructure projects; more than 10 years of experience is a plus. Strong existing network and in‑depth knowledge of the electricity sector is required; institutional knowledge or networks are an advantage. Excellent written and spoken English is required; French and additional languages are a plus. Strong sales mindset with proven negotiation and closing skills; supportive leadership style with the ability to coach and motivate teams; able to work under pressure and willing to travel. Strong networking and interpersonal skills; team builder; results‑ and customer‑oriented; assertive yet flexible.
