Hybrid Field Technician- MSP Staten Island, NY $50,000 to $60,000 About Field Technician – MSP We are a rapidly growing multi-faceted MSP firm, providing both Accounting and Technology services to businesses throughout the DC Metro area. Field Technician – MSP will be responsible for providing support on Windows servers, computers, and firewalls with at least 1-4 years of experience. This person has a keen eye for details and is experienced in network principals and setup, patching equipment, and terminating of cables to data ports, patch panels, and connectors. Field Technician – MSP Duties: Provide excellent service and support to end-users onsite at customer locations. Perform work on servers as required to resolve user facing tickets Work within server room environments for purposes of documentation, troubleshooting, and assisting engineers remotely. Work with vendors & partners concerning products and service issues.
