The Hybrid IT Senior System Engineer (Level 3) – MSP will be able to actively speak in depth regarding cloud technologies, virtualization, and network solutions for small-to-medium business solutions. You will be handling O365/Azure deployments, virtualizing servers via Hyper-V/VMware, Server/Desktop support, and Networking configurations (SonicWall and Cisco Meraki) projects. What Does A Hybrid IT Senior System Engineer (Level 3) – MSP DO: Completing all project work assigned in a timely manner, with excellent communication and intended result. Projects may include: client line of business software deployments/ upgrades/ migrations Knowledge of VDI and/or Session-based desktop design and implementation (Citrix, Microsoft RDS). Experience working with LAN and WAN infrastructure, particularly around switching, firewalls, policies, ingress/egress traffic management, and VLAN creation and management. Familiarity with VoIP technologies and phone system management.
