The Hybrid System Administrator (Level 1) MSP will work heavily with M365 and MS Azure and work hands-on with desktops/networking and a few physical servers. The Junior System Administrator (Hybrid) MSP will work with configuring and handling any upgrades needed for clients’ networks. The Hybrid System Administrator (Level 1) MSP will have room to grow within the organization to more senior roles over time.
