POSITION SUMMARY The Provider is responsible for delivering expert, personalized, virtual medical care while serving as a trusted partner in each patient’s health journey. It is important for the Provider to spend quality time speaking with patients to determine their health needs and assisting with their health goals by providing them with Limitless treatment options. It is vital for the Provider to determine if it is safe for a patient to receive or continue receiving the products and services Limitless offers by quickly identifying any potential side effects or adverse reactions. This role combines clinical expertise with patient education and individualized treatment planning, ensuring patients feel informed, confident, and supported in achieving their health goals. Hours may vary based on operational needs. NO NIGHTS! Monday-Friday with the occasional Saturday as clinic needs dictate Expected to be in clinic minimum 2-3 days per month THE LIMITLESS WAY IN ACTION Excellence: Deliver high-quality, individualized care that exceeds expectations Empowerment: Educate patients to feel confident and in control of their health decisions Expertise: Apply advanced clinical knowledge with precision and professionalism Efficiency: Provide streamlined, well-communicated care plans and follow-up Empathy: Foster trust through respectful, supportive, and judgment-free care PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Clinical Care & Treatment Planning See patients virtually in a timely and efficient manner from one or more clinic locations simultaneously Conduct patient consultations and comprehensive assessments via virtual video meeting Order and interpret labs to develop personalized treatment plans Deliver treatments aligned with patient goals and medical best practices Responsible for ensuring the maintenance, security, and confidentiality of all patient information, records, and data while supporting from outside of the clinic space Patient Education & Partnership Educate patients on treatment options, protocols, and expected outcomes, ensuring patients understand their treatment options and are empowered to make informed decisions Provide clear guidance on lifestyle, wellness, and long-term health optimization Ensure patients feel informed, supported, and confident in their care decisions Continue an ongoing partnership with patients to improve treatment outcomes; patient retention Patient Experience & Communication Build trust and long-term relationships with patients Deliver a high-touch, personalized care experience with clear, direct, and reassuring communication Supports patient follow-up efficiently to ensure continuity of care and communication Team Collaboration This role requires flexibility, adaptability, and a team-first mindset. All team members are expected to support clinic operations and patient needs as they arise, within the scope of their role and licensure. Partner with PRCs, PEMs, and clinical staff in the building to ensure seamless care delivery Support a unified, team-based approach to patient experience Contribute to a positive, collaborative clinic environment LIMITLESS WAY STAFF EXPECTATIONS We operate with a shared objective at Limitless: delivering an exceptional patient experience at every step. Open to obtaining additional licensures. (our clinics are currently located in IA, NE, IL, ND, SD, KS, MN, MT, MI) Active DEA license in each state of practice or willingness to get DEA license in all states. Strong clinical assessment and patient education skills EMR proficiency Passion for men’s health, wellness, and patient-centered care What Success Looks Like in This Role Patients feel heard, respected, and confident in their care plan Treatment plans are personalized, effective, and clearly communicated Clinical documentation is accurate and timely Promotes comprehensive, patient-focused care by consistently discussing medically appropriate treatment options: peptides, weight loss, sexual performance, supplements, other adjunct therapies Supports patient adherence to recommended treatment plans to ensure continuity of care Utilizes available tools, ongoing training and education, and telehealth technology to deliver a consistent, high-quality virtual patient experience This description is not exhaustive and may be adjusted as business needs evolve.
