Regional HRBP Senior Manager
A high-impact regional HRBP role with broad APAC scope and significant exposure to senior business leaders with a US-based global investment firm with over five decades of history.
The role offers a strong mix of strategic HR partnering, Employee Relations, labor law/compliance, talent & performance management, organizational development, and HR Operations oversight covering multiple countries.
You will also provide functional leadership and oversight to a small HR Operations team, while remaining an Individual Contributor.
Location: Tokyo
Working style: Hybrid, ~3 days WFH/week
Hours: Flexible, no core time
