Responsibilities

A growing SaaS organization is seeking a Platform Engineer to build, operate, and continuously improve a shared platform that supports multiple products and engineering teams.

In this role, you will contribute to the reliability, scalability, standardization, and automation of cloud-native infrastructure while helping improve developer productivity across the organization.

You will work closely with globally distributed team members and play a key role in shaping platform architecture, operational practices, and engineering excellence.

■Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate shared platform services used across multiple products and teams.
• Improve cloud infrastructure, containerized environments, and platform reliability.
• Enhance monitoring, observability, alerting, and incident response capabilities.
• Design and optimize CI/CD pipelines, development environments, and testing platforms.
• Drive standardization and automation initiatives through Infrastructure as Code and platform engineering practices.
• Contribute to service reliability initiatives, including operational excellence and performance improvements.

Requirements

■Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or infrastructure engineering
• Experience building and operating production systems in cloud environments, preferably AWS
• Experience with container orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes or ECS
• Experience implementing and operating monitoring and observability platforms
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
• Experience with Git-based development workflows, including code reviews through Pull Requests
• Fluent English proficiency
  
  

■Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Azure AKS
• Experience in Platform Engineering and developer enablement initiatives
• Experience designing and operating SLI/SLO frameworks
• Experience in AI development or leveraging AI tools to improve engineering productivity
