We are seeking a versatile IAM Product Owner who can act as the vital bridge between client business vision, security governance, and technical delivery teams. Whether your background is deeply rooted in IAM Product Ownership or you are a seasoned IAM Business Analyst ready to take the strategic reins, this role offers incredible variety. You will work with diverse client environments, managing portfolios that span across both internal Enterprise IAM (B2E) and Customer Identity (CIAM) spaces. What You Will Do Strategic Client Advisory: Partner directly with clients to help them steer their IAM initiatives in the right direction, aligning business objectives with identity security roadmaps. Product Ownership & Backlog Management: Translate high-level client requirements into clear, actionable epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Own, prioritize, and groom the product backlog. Adaptable Delivery: Champion agile delivery using Scrum frameworks, while remaining highly flexible and adaptable to our clients' unique structures—whether they run on SAFe, traditional Agile, or Hybrid/Waterfall models. Navigate the AI Landscape: Help clients identify new operational efficiencies through AI-driven identity features, while proactively addressing modern identity challenges brought on by the evolution of AI. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Lead and collaborate with dynamic delivery teams of varying sizes, ensuring engineers, stakeholders, and application owners stay aligned on product goals. What You Bring Experience: 5+ years of experience as an IAM Product Owner or Senior IAM Business Analyst, with a deep understanding of identity concepts (Lifecycle Management, Access Governance, CIAM, and core protocols). Versatility: An all-around identity mindset—comfortable navigating both workforce (B2E) and customer-facing (B2C/CIAM) identity landscapes. Methodology Flexibility: Proven experience working within Agile/Scrum environments. Exposure to SAFe framework or hybrid delivery models is highly valuable. The AI Edge: A forward-thinking mindset. You possess a natural curiosity for using AI tools to enhance your own productivity (e.g., accelerating requirements gathering, user story generation) and can speak intelligently about AI’s impact on modern identity security. Education & Certifications: A University degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner) , SAFe POPM, or standard business analysis certifications (e.g., CBAP) are a strong plus. Communication: Exceptional storytelling, negotiation, and communication skills. Bilingualism (English/French) is considered a strong asset for advising our diverse client base.
