IBM FileNet Engineer

Role Description The IBM FileNet Engineer is a full-time, hybrid role based in New Cairo, with flexibility for partial work from home. The role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining IBM FileNet solutions,

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in IBM FileNet administration, implementation, and support

• Proven experience in the installation, configuration, integration, administration, and maintenance of IBM FileNet solutions

• Strong experience in WebSphere Application Server administration

• Proven ability to deliver end-to-end IBM FileNet implementation projects

• Experience supporting production and non-production environments

• Familiarity with Linux/Unix operating systems and basic shell scripting

• Experience managing system security, user authentication, access control, roles, and content repositories

• Strong troubleshooting skills related to document storage, retrieval, indexing, workflows, and application integration

• Experience in backup, recovery, patching, upgrades, and system maintenance activities

• Ability to collaborate effectively with developers, infrastructure teams, database administrators, and business stakeholders

Experience integrating IBM FileNet with enterprise and third-party applications

• Knowledge of IBM Content Navigator (ICN), IBM Case Manager, or Business Automation Workflow (BAW)

• Experience with Oracle, SQL Server, or other enterprise databases

• Knowledge of SSL certificates, LDAP/Active Directory integration, and authentication mechanisms

• Experience working in high-availability and enterprise production environments

• ITIL knowledge or certification is a plus
