Job Title: IBM Master Data Management (MDM / Match 360) Developer Location: Remote Work Authorization: US Citizen Job Summary We are seeking an experienced IBM Master Data Management (MDM / Match 360) Developer to design, configure, develop, and support enterprise master-data-management solutions for a large manufacturing organization. The candidate will be responsible for master-data modeling, matching, entity resolution, duplicate identification, survivorship, data-quality rules, and creation of trusted master records across critical manufacturing business domains. Key Responsibilities Design, configure, develop, and support IBM Master Data Management / Match 360 solutions. Configure entity-resolution and record-matching processes. Develop deterministic, probabilistic, and rule-based matching strategies. Configure matching algorithms, thresholds, weights, and comparison functions. Design and maintain master-data models and entity relationships. Implement duplicate detection, record linking, merging, and unmerging processes. Develop and configure survivorship rules and trusted-record creation processes. Establish and maintain golden/master records. Configure data standardization, validation, cleansing, and matching rules. Analyze data anomalies, duplicates, false positives, and false negatives. Tune matching algorithms to improve entity-resolution accuracy. Develop and support MDM APIs, interfaces, and data services. Support batch and real-time master-data processing. Implement data-stewardship and exception-management workflows. Support master-data governance and data-quality initiatives. Troubleshoot MDM processing, matching, data-quality, and application issues. Perform data analysis and reconciliation to validate master records. Work with business data owners and data stewards to define master-data rules. Maintain documentation for data models, matching rules, survivorship rules, interfaces, and business processes. Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in Master Data Management or enterprise data management. Strong hands-on experience with IBM MDM and/or IBM Match 360 . Strong understanding of master-data-management concepts. Experience with entity resolution and record linkage. Experience configuring deterministic and probabilistic matching. Strong knowledge of matching, merging, survivorship, and golden-record concepts. Experience with master-data modeling. Experience developing and consuming APIs and data services. Strong data-analysis and troubleshooting skills. Understanding of data-quality and data-governance principles. Preferred Qualifications IBM MDM certification or equivalent experience. Manufacturing Domain Experience Experience managing master data within one or more of the following manufacturing domains is highly desirable. Education Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Management, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience. This is a remote position.
