IBM Maximo EAM Functional Consultant

Contract: 12 months (subject to extension).

Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands.

Your Profile & DNA:

We are looking for an experienced IBM Maximo EAM Functional Consultant to support the implementation, optimization, and ongoing support of IBM Maximo EAM solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements.
• Conduct functional workshops with business stakeholders.
• Configure and optimize IBM Maximo EAM modules.
• Support full-cycle Maximo implementations and upgrades.
• Provide post-implementation functional support and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with technical teams on Maximo integrations with enterprise systems.
• Support testing, data migration, and cloud migration activities where required.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities based on EAM industry best practices.

• Qualification & Experience
• A Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent.
• 4+ years of experience in IBM Maximo functional consulting.
• Strong understanding of IBM Maximo EAM modules and capabilities.
• Experience with at least one full-cycle Maximo EAM implementation or upgrade.
• Strong requirements gathering and functional analysis experience.
• Experience with Maximo configuration and functional solution design.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams.

Preferred

• IBM Certified Deployment Professional – Maximo EAM certification.
• ITIL certification.
• Asset Management / EAM certification.
• Experience in Utilities, Energy, or Manufacturing.
• Familiarity with cloud migration and data migration.
• Knowledge of integration with enterprise applications.
