Role Description

The ICAN Exams QA role at ilymi is a full-time, remote position. The role involves reviewing and validating ICAN exam practice quizzes on our website — checking questions, solutions, and study materials for accuracy, clarity, and alignment with current ICAN standards. The ICAN Exams QA professional will perform routine quality checks, develop and maintain quality documentation, and collaborate with content creators to correct errors and improve materials. Daily tasks include conducting internal audits of exam content, monitoring quality metrics, and providing feedback to enhance the reliability and consistency of all learning resources. The role also requires close coordination with the product and academic teams to support timely updates when ICAN syllabi or exam formats change.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Quality Control, with experience systematically checking exam questions, explanations, and study materials for accuracy and consistency.
• Skills in Quality Assurance and Quality Management, including designing and maintaining processes that ensure high standards across all ICAN-related content and resources.
• Skills in Quality Auditing, with the ability to plan and conduct regular audits on educational materials and quality systems, and document findings clearly.
• Comfortable working independently and reliably in a remote setting, managing multiple review tasks and meeting deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Relevant qualifications such as ICAN certification or strong familiarity with ICAN syllabi and exam formats are highly beneficial.
• Experience in educational content review, exam preparation materials, or academic quality assurance is an advantage.
