iGaming - Affiliate manager

As we approach our hard launch, we are looking for a talented, conversion-driven Affiliate Manager for a long-term partnership. We don’t need decades of general experience; we want a proactive commercial expert who has at least 3 years of iGaming experience and knows exactly how to scale acquisition channels from scratch.

As our go-to Affiliate Manager, you will be the growth engine of our acquisition efforts. Working closely with our internal marketing and operations teams, you will take full ownership of translating our existing setup into a high-performing affiliate network. You don't just onboard partners, you understand traffic psychology, player lifetime value, and always keep ROI in mind. If you are highly collaborative and thrive on the flexibility of a global startup, we want you on board.

• Activate, optimize, and scale our existing tracking infrastructure within MyAffiliates and HubSpot to drive immediate acquisition.
• Leverage your personal network to source, negotiate, and onboard high-quality affiliates targeting the Canada and LATAM markets.
• Monitor traffic quality relentlessly, analyzing player behavior data to eliminate fraud and optimize deal structures for maximum ROI.
• Maintain daily communication with partners, turning cold sign-ups into long-term, high-volume relationships through proactive account management.

• A minimum of 3 years of proven experience as an Affiliate Manager specifically within the iGaming industry.
• An existing, active database of reliable affiliates and publishers relevant to crypto/fiat casino and sportsbook operations.
• Strong technical familiarity with MyAffiliates, HubSpot, or similar tracking and CRM software architectures.
• Excellent negotiation and analytical skills with the ability to spot trends, optimize CPA/Revenue Share deals, and communicate flawlessly in English.

• Compensation: based on experience and local GEO benchmarks.
• Hours/Commitment: Full-time with core availability required between 09:00 and 18:00 CET.
• Position: 100% Remote with a long-term commitment.
