Is this job info correct?

We are looking for an experienced Immigration Case Management Specialist to support and help build our growing Immigration function. This role will primarily manage Philippine immigration cases for foreign employees, ensuring compliance with local regulations and a smooth employee experience. As the company continues to expand globally, this role may gradually support immigration processes in other countries, in partnership with external vendors and under the guidance of the Immigration Specialist. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role ideal for someone with strong Philippine immigration experience who is eager to grow into a broader regional or global scope over time. Key Responsibilities Manage the full relocation and immigration lifecycle of expatriates relocating to the Philippines, including visa processing, permits, onboarding, extensions, renewals, and offboarding requirements. Advise relocating employees and expats on immigration requirements, documentation, timelines, and onboarding processes. Coordinate closely with external partners such as immigration service providers and law firms to ensure smooth, compliant, and cost-effective service delivery. Track and manage multiple immigration cases simultaneously, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with Philippine immigration and labor regulations. Maintain accurate case records, trackers, and documentation; provide regular status updates and reporting to stakeholders. Identify opportunities to improve and streamline internal immigration processes, SOPs, and workflows. Proactively assess potential risks, delays, or compliance issues and take action to prevent disruptions. Support the Immigration Specialist in preparing for future expansion into other countries, including assisting with documentation, trackers, and vendor coordination as needed. Job Qualifications At least 3 years of experience in global mobility, expatriate management, or immigration case management, preferably in multinational or tech environments. Strong working knowledge of Philippine immigration laws and processes; exposure to other countries’ immigration processes is an advantage. Experience working with external vendors such as immigration service providers, law firms, and consultants. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail. Good reporting and documentation skills, with the ability to manage data, trackers, and case records accurately. Forward-thinking and proactive mindset—anticipates potential issues and takes preventive action. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with professional fluency in English and Filipino. Able to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment while collaborating closely with the Immigration Specialist; experience in multinational, tech, or fast-growing organizations is an advantage.
